Shipping
Most products ship within 1-2 weeks.  You will receive an email with your order letting you know the shipping time for each product.  We will do our best to get your purchase to you in a timely manner.

Return Policy
We will honor a 30 day guarantee good for exchange or refund (less S&H.)  If > your product is defective with normal wear please let us know within 30 days.  Please try your baby in the sling at least 10 times before contacting us.  Some babies just need to be in the right mood before they learn to love the sling.  My second daughter only loved to sleep in the cradle position in her sling when she was very small and then had to be worn in a wrap from 8 weeks- 11weeks old until she was old enough for the kangaroo carry in the sling which she loved.  She now is in the sling, or mei tai everyday and loves being my monkey holding on.  Keep trying.   

Washing Instructions
Please wash all cotton fabrics in cold water in the washing machine or by hand.  Line dry with sling unthreaded to get avoid wrinkles.  line drying also avoids shrinkage and color fading.  If you must dry in the dryer please tumble dry and know that you might find some loss in length.  Iron on low if needed.  Put socks over the rings to protect your washer and dryer.   
DRY CLEAN ONLY all brocades or fancy slings.  

Important information about slings, mei tais, wraps and pouches
Always use common sense when wearing your baby.
Read all the instructions on how to use a carrier before you try your carrier. Bend at the knees or squat when you need to pick something up off the floor.  The baby may fall out if you bend forward.
Do not wear your baby in the car or near open flames or anything you might not feel safe with your baby in the carrier.  The fabric is not flame resistant.
If your baby is upset while in the carrier try walking around or rocking.  If your baby still objects than try again later.
Always check your carrier for wear or damage before you go out. If you find damage don't use it
